I left the stunning beauty of The Sunshine Coast in BC, with mountains, sea, forests and beaches to return to the quiet, subtle, elusive beauty of big skies, long horizons, thunderstorms and tall grasses. I listen to bird song, geese calls, winds moving fallen and still falling leaves, train whistles and distant traffic rather than surf against rocks, wheeling gulls and barking seals.

Adjustments must be made to one's heart and eyes when one radically changes geography!

The inner geography of belonging takes time to settle, when the emotional upheaval of

a move feels like an earthquake.

And yet, Manitoba also feels like heart home, as I reconnect with friends, family, and organizations that matter to me.

I understand change, disruption, loss, life transition and adjustment challenges from my own lived experiences. And I can be a companion to you as you make the needed adjustments through difficult times and circumstances of change.

People view the Prairie with joy as a place of grounding, productivity, beauty and nurture, and as a landscape of fierce extremes, of burning heat and wild fire and blizzards and freezing winds! Life holds those extremes as well.

If you need a trustworthy guide in your current journey through the landscapes of your life, I would be honoured to walk with you for a while.

Reach out by phone or email for a first conversation, as you seek to navigate your life's terrain at this particular season.
